Is there any pre-requirement to take the not magic feat "Forge Weapons and Armor"? (I hope I remember the name correctly)
One of my Knights was able to take it, and the other not.

Yes, actually. You need Intelligence 8. But it's enough for a single character to have it.

First I wanted to balance the loss, then I realized those items are cheap comparing to magic enhancements.
It would be a good idea to add that requirement to in-game help thou.
