Hi, I was under the impression I would be receiving a password relatively soon after purchase. I received my paypal confirmation receipt but It's almost been 24 hours and no password email. Is this usual?

Approaching 72 hours now. No password and no reply to my email to support. Is it time for me to start contacting my credit card company? Is there a mod in this place who can assist?

Blue salamander is the designer and mod, he generally answers here in 24 hours, and i received my code in 5 minutes.

I dont know why blue salamander didnt reply yet and im sad of what happened to you. Im sure you eventually will get your code (or your money) but I can know its upsetting to want to play something and not able right away despite paying for it.
I dont know how to help your situation.

The email is sent automatically. Perhaps your email software put the message into a Spam folder. That would explain why you could not see it.

Sorry, but I can't promise to reply emails within a certain number of hours. I usually check them two times per week. If you want a refund please let me know by email.
