Far as I can tell...what's there is there, has been updated at a decent pace, and I would suppose it to be comparable to the general D&D 3.x OGL that KoTC drank a bit from----if so, might there be worthwhile stuff to peruse and use?

Or is it all enough of a departure to be something better fitting a KotC 2 future Premium Module or Expansion Pack?
